A Wonderful Day! We are having.......

I can't believe that I am typing this post. Rob and I found out today what Baby Mosley will be.My appt. was at 10:30 this morning, my mom (MaeMae) and Rob's dad (Pop) joined us. I wanted them to be there and share in finding out what their grandchild would be. I could tell that they both enjoyed being in the room and seeing the baby on the ultrasound screen.

Well, is it a boy or a girl???

The poll that I have posted a girl is winning, but only slightly.

We found out that it is a.....

BOY!!! Rob and I are so thrilled to be welcoming a SON into our family. It is so crazy! Finding out what this baby is has definitely made this all seem so much more real. I still can't believe it. Rob and I both thought that it was going to be a girl. I had a girl stuck in my head so when she told us that it was a boy, I was shocked! Rob nor I could care either way what it was, we just wanted our baby to be healthy. And HE is, HE is measuring right on track and everything looks good.

Now the planning and the shopping begins! I cannot believe that I am going to have a son, I am SOO excited. Rob and I are SO blessed and thankful that GOD is blessing us with this child. I am so overwhelmed and excited I just can't think of anything else to say at this moment.

We are still thinking of names. It's such a tough decision b/c this is something he will have to live with for the rest of his life. We have thought of a few names but it's hard to make that final decision. I think we will talk a lot about it this weekend and hopefully come up with something soon.

AHHHHHH...I'm SOOO excited!!!!!

Here are a few more pics of our baby BOY!

18 weeks

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 18 weeks!!

Size of baby:(this is according to thebump.com) Baby's now the size of a sweet potato!Your fetus has become amazingly mobile (at least compared to you), passing the hours yawning, hiccuping, rolling, twisting, kicking, punching, sucking and swallowing. And, baby's finally big enough that you'll be able to feel those movements soon

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Maternity Clothes: I think I have gained about 2 lbs so far. I am definitely wearing maternity pants and some maternity tops. They are just more comfortable.

Gender: WE FIND OUT THE GENDER OF BABY MOSLEY TOMORROW(FRIDAY)!!! We are so excited and can't wait

Movement: I'm not sure if I have felt movement. I felt a few flutters but I'm not sure if it's gas or the baby.

Food Cravings: no food cravings. The only time I really want something is if I see or smell something someone else has and then it usually makes me want whatever it is..hah.

What I miss: nothing really. I waited for this pregnancy too long. I am going to try and enjoy each moment no matter what it is.

Sleep:  No problems in the sleeping dept. yet!

Symptoms: The only symptom I have had is I'm just more tired. I also have trouble eating. I get full really quick and if I eat too much I do not feel good, it seems like the food just sits in my stomach. My doc told me to just eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals.

Best Moment this week: We will be finding out what our little one will be. I have loved watching my belly grow knowing that that is our child growing in there.

What I am looking forward to: Finding out if we are having a daughter or a son!!!

I have not taken many belly pictures. I have meant to, but I always seem to forget. Plus I do not like pictures of myself. But here are 2 pictures, since everyone has been asking for some.

10 weeks

17 weeks

I will probably have a hard time sleeping tonight b/c I am so excited about tomorrow. Rob nor I care what gender our baby is, we just hope it's healthy and measuing right on track. Don't worry another post will be up sometime tomorrow.

Our Easter Weekend

Yes, I know, I'm a little behind. I am trying to catch up. Rob and I spent our Easter weekend here,
in Destin. I have been dying to go to the beach. I needed to soak up some sun on this white pregnant body and I was also craving some good seafood. It was nice to get out of town for the weekend. We had a great time, we just relaxed. Allie had the best time I think. Whoever said that wiener dogs can't swim, well they are wrong. Our wiener dog can, and she LOVES it. I got a few videos of her swimming that I will have to post at some point, it's so cute. She was defintely worn out by the end of our trip. I always love getting away to Destin, it's so nice and peaceful. I am looking forward to our next trip down there.

**For all of you that have asked, I promise that a belly picture is coming soon.**

Monroeville Weekend

The second weekend in April I went home to Monroeville. One of our good family friends is getting married  this summer,so we went to a shower for her, plus Anna and the twins were coming home too. I hadn't seen the twins in a month or so and I was dying to get my hands on them. It was a great weekend. I enjoyed playing with babies and visiting with my mom and sister. We stayed up way too late both nights just chatting away, well when I say late, it was late for me. The twins have definitely grown, they have their own little personalities. I can't believe in just a few months they will be a year old, the time sure does go by fast.
Here a few pictures that I took from the weekend.

Here is precious Ellen. In some of the pictures you will notice she is not smiling and just staring at me. I had my camera in her face and was making funny sounds and voices to make her laugh or smile and at some points she would just stare at me, like what are you doing. She definitely liked to stare at me all weekend. Gosh she's just so darn cute!!

Here is precious Cole. Mom and I were trying to get pictures of them at the same time so i don't think he was too sure who to look at. It's always easy to get a cute little smile on his precious face. And he loves to jump in his bouncy toy. I could just eat him up!!

Here are the two precious babies together. This was one of the best pictures I got of the weekend. Both of them smiling at the same time. Mom and I were having to jump up and down and make all kind of noises for them to both look and smile at the same time.

Aunt Darlee with her babies! I need to let ya'll in on where Aunt Darlee came from. When I was little and my mom would rock me, she would say oh Darlin', well Anna would over hear this and she thought mom was saying Darlee. So Darlee kind of stuck, for a long time Anna would call me Darlee. So when the babies were born, Darlee didn't even cross my mind. I thought I would be called Aunt MA, well Anna started saying Aunt Darlee so I think we are gonna stick with that. I love it and I love these precious precious babies!!

It is always so hard for me not to post every single picture I take of them b/c I think every picture is cute. But if I always posted every picture my blog posts would be forever long.

This is the first new post of many to come. I'm slowing getting some blogging motivation back!!

Baby Mosley Poll

I logged on to my blog this morning to notice that now there are only 2 votes on my gender poll. Yesterday and last night there were a lot more than that. I am not sure what is going on. Could you please vote again?! Hopefully they will stick this time. This is the first time I have ever set up a poll on my blog. Does anyone know why it would have done that?  Please vote again :)

It's time for an update!

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 12 weeks 6 days. I will be 13 weeks tomorrow

Size of baby:(this is according to thebump.com) Baby's now the size of a peach!Your fetus is forming teeth and vocal cords...savor this, their nonfunctional phase. Baby is approaching normal proportions, with his head now only one third the size of his body. And intestines are in the process of moving from the umbilical cord to baby's tummy -- much more convenient.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Maternity Clothes: I have gained 1 pound since my last appt./I have one pair of my normal jeans I can fit in but I can't button them, I have to fasten them with a ponytail holder..haha. I am wearing maternity jeans.

Gender: Don't know yet. Will find out in about 6 weeks or so. We can't wait!

Movement: none yet

Best Moment this week: We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time today and it was the most wonderful sound. The heart rate was in the 160's. Also knowing that this precious baby is growing inside me. I love it!

What I am looking forward to: Finding out the gender in about 6 weeks!!

Sorry this post is a little behind. I am so tired in the evenings when I get off work, I just don't feel like sitting at the computer and typing a post. We are doing great. My belly is definitely getting bigger. I am still tired a lot and I don't really have much of an appetite, I am sure that will change. We are so ready to find out the gender of this baby, I am so ready to start buying stuff and planning. It has been so hard not having an ultrasound in so long. I had an ultrasound at 6, 7, 8 and 9 weeks, so I got spoiled. Now we won't have an ultrasound until we find out the sex. I love ultrasounds, it is so amazing to watch this little baby grow!

Two weeks ago I went to Seaside with the girls in my family and we had lots of fun. There are 3 of us that pregnant so it was fun to talk babies. I could really move to the beach, it is so relaxing, I am ready to go back. I am going to be huge this summer! We haven't been doing much around here. We are just really excited about Baby Mosley arriving this fall. Even though we have seen the baby on the ultrasounds, there is just something so amazing about hearing that heartbeat!

*I am going to put a poll on the right side of my blog so that you can vote on what you think Baby Mosley will be. I don't think too many people read my blog, but for those of you that do it will be fun to see what everyone thinks.*

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Maternity Clothes: I have no idea about the weight gain./The only thing Maternity I'm wearing now is one pair of jeans that I have.

Gender: Don't know yet. Will find out in about 9 weeks or so. Can't wait!

Best Moment this week: Just knowing that this precious baby is growing inside me

What I am looking forward to: I'm looking forward to hearing the heartbeat for the first time at the end of this month.

Here is a picture of Baby Mosley at 9 weeks. He/she looks like a fat peanut but you can see some little arms and legs starting to grow. It's so neat to watch this little baby grow. I am loving every second!
