2 years ago. . .

 ...today, I married my best friend and the love of my life. Happy 2 year Anniversary Rob, thank you for always being there for me.I can't wait to see what this life has in store for us. I look forward to many  more anniversaries with you. I will never be able to express just how much I love you!

Friends!

Last Saturday night we had our good friends Kelley and Kay Grenon and their son Henry over for dinner. Henry is absolutely adorable!!  It was mexican night,we had margarita's, chicken enchiladas and mexican rice. It was a delicious meal with great company! Here are a few pictures from the evening, I had to play with my camera a little bit.

Graduation Weekend!!

This past weekend my sister Sara graduated from Troy University. My mom and sister Anna came to Troy Thursday night and then my dad and my aunt Ty came in town Friday morning. Thursday night as we were sitting around visiting, I was handed a package. My mom had wrapped something up for me and it had all these stickers on it, some from Christmas, thanksgiving, birthday, new years, Easter and so on. I had no clue what could be in this box. As I was opening it, I knew it had to be a pretty big gift b/c this gift was for the rest of the year. When I unwrapped it, I couldn't believe it, she got me a brand new AWESOME camera!!

 It's a Canon EOS Rebel T2i and it is AMAZING. I have been wanting a nice camera but had NO idea that my mom would surprise me with such an AMAZING gift. I am still in shock that I have it. Now I want to take a class or two and read up on it so that I can learn about all these great functions :)!

After that wonderful gift we went to eat dinner.

We had to get up early Friday morning to get ready for graduation. Graduation didn't start until 10:30 but we had to get there early to get good seats, so my mom went at 8:30 and there were already people waiting to get in. My aunt Ty and my dad came Friday morning around 9:30 so we left the house and my mom had gotten some great seats. We were actually seated in comfortable chairs that had a back, most people had to sit on bleachers for 2 hours. Here are some pictures that I took through the ceremony, I took a TON of pictures so I will only post a few...ha ha.

Graduation got over around 12:30 or so and we headed back to our house to grill out hamburgers, take pictures and just visit. Rob ended up taking a half a day off work so that he could be at home with all of us and to grill the burgers! After we ate and visited, my aunt Ty had to head back to Birmingham. We are so glad that she came. Here a few pictures that we took afterwards at our house.

After we took pictures at the house Sara wanted to go to the fountain on Troy's campus to take a few pictures with her friends Grace and Tommy. So we headed over that way. Here are some pictures from the fountain. Sorry for all the pictures, I told you that i took a bunch, this isnt' even half of them...haha.

This next picture is great. I had to post it, but I'm sure once Sara posts on her blog about graduation you will see this picture again.

I put my camera on continuous shot and got a GREAT picture of them jumping off the fountain. PRICELESS!

Later that night we had some of Sara's friends and their families over for some barbeque. We ended up having a great time and getting to celebrate such a wonderful event. 

Rob and I are really going to miss Sara when she leaves Troy. I (we) have really enjoyed having her here. We don't have any family here in Troy and it was so nice having her around. I don't know if she will ever know just how much I (we) enjoyed her being here these past few years. I know she probably won't move far away, but it won't be the same as having her here. We are SO proud of Sara and I (we) hope she knows wherever this journey leads her, that we will always be there for her.

After all the graduation festivities were over, we gave our mom her Mother's Day gift since we were all there together. We are so very blessed to have such a wonderful mom and wonderful parents!!
